When will my order arrive?

We aim at posting your order the same or the following day, with 1 day delivery for UK customers.


How do you send my order? 

All our orders are sent by courier and have a tracking number.


How do I know my order has been dispatched?

You will receive an email/message with all details regarding your delivery.


My delivery is in the EU or US. When shall I expect my order?

Expect your order to be delivered 4 to 5 days after your order has been shipped.


Can I return my order?

Yes.  For online purchases you have 14 days from when you receive your order to return it to us. Please see our Refunds &  Returns policy for more details.


Can I have a refund?

Yes. After you returned your online purchase to us and provided the item has never been used and is free of any damage you are eligible for a full refund. More details in our Refunds & Returns policy.


Do you offer free delivery?

Yes. We offer free UK delivery for purchases of £500 and above. More details on delivery in our T&C.


Where are your handbags made?

Milan Luxe collection is exclusively made in Italy.


Do the descriptions I read online correspond to the image I see on the screen?

Yes. We invest a considerable amount of time preparing transparent and detailed product descriptions. We aim to provide descriptions that clearly reflect the image online. However, certain colours can be different on computer monitors and mobile devices. You are advised to check with us if you are uncertain of any colour online.


When I place an order can I make any changes to a handbag?

Yes. It is possible to make a personalized order of your bag. Please note the waiting time for personalized orders is approximately 8 weeks.  Please see more details in our T&C.


Can I see your handbags in person?

Yes.  Please come to our boutique in Wimbledon Village at 17 High Street, SW19 5DX. We are opposite Paul the Baker. Also, please check our events section.


Do you have a secure checkout?

Yes. See the padlock next to the website URL? That guarantees your information is safe with us. Our website is encrypted with the latest SSL protection.  This ensures our customers are secured with the highest level of encryption. Your payment details are securely dealt with by a third party.  We have been verified independently as a safe and secure e-commerce site.


Are my details safe with Milan Luxe?

Am I going to receive marketing emails from Milan Luxe after an online purchase?

Yes. When you make an online purchase on our website you will be automatically added to our database and receive emails from us. You can easily unsubscribe at any time.


My handbag has accidentally been damaged. Can you repair it?

Yes.  For certain models of woven handbags, we are able to offer a repair service. See more details in our T&C.
