RETURN OF PERSONALIZED ORDER

Items preordered online or face to face to your specifications are personalized orders.  E.g. you choose the colour of the leather, the colour of the metal parts etc . These orders are not exchangeable nor refundable.

RETURN OF FACE TO FACE PURCHASE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE

If you return an item already in stock and bought in a face to face situation - in our boutique or at an event - that is new, unused, in perfect condition and with the original tags attached you are entitled to receive a credit note. Our credit notes last one year.
