Refund Policy
RETURN OF ONLINE PURCHASE
This policy sets out the returns policy for goods or services purchased through the online store operated by Milan Luxe.
You have the right to return our goods within 14 days from the day after your delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, free from any damage, and it must have the original tags on. Please contact mail@milanluxe.com before making any return.
Products are returnable at customer's expense. We recommend using a signed for delivery method. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Please post the item you want to return to this address:

Once your return is received and inspected we'll contact you to let you know whether your refund will be processed or not, and refund you within 10 days.
RETURN OF FACE TO FACE PURCHASE
If you return an item bought in a face to face situation - in our boutique or at an event - that is new, unused, in perfect condition and with the original tags attached, and within 30 days of purchase, you are entitled to exchange it for another item or a credit note. You can use this credit note at a later date as it doesn’t expire.
RETURN OF FAULTY PURCHASE
If you return a faulty item within 30 days of purchase you are entitled to a free repair of the item.
RETURN OF PERSONALIZED ORDER
Items made to order to your specifications are personalized orders, e.g. you choose the colour on our colour chart, ask a different length of handles, ask to add/remove metal feet from the handbag, choose the lining or any other change you ask from the original model. These orders are not exchangeable nor refundable.
